So you don't believe her? Then what do you want to do with your cooking? You are mocking someone that has a very firm grasp on the concept of her food. You are young and inexperienced and although your food tastes amazing, have very little to stand by and have not had time to develop your voice. you always claim that "it will taste good" but she is makeing the same point, just she does it in a different way. she is still creative, still experimenting, but you should be able to respect her tools just as much as the new ones. because that is what it will always come back to: Food.
